Overview
Alexander B. Rose, MD, MPHS is a forensic psychiatrist providing both clinical and medical-legal services. His approach begins by taking ample time to obtain a thorough understanding of who you are as a person from a variety of perspectives. He values making sure that every patient is informed and understands the meaning behind every diagnosis and the reasons for why certain treatments are recommended over others. If you are looking for a psychiatrist who is compassionate, takes the time for thorough patient education, and is an all around psychiatry "nerd," you’ve come to the right place.

Office Location
1034 S Brentwood Blvd
Suite 555 | St. Louis, MO 63117
Dr. Rose’s private office space is located in University Tower (5th floor) on Brentwood Blvd across the street from the Saint Louis Galleria. The building is readily visible from a mile away and there is ample free parking between the surface lots and the rear garage.
The office space is discreet, there are no other psychiatrists on the 5th floor, and patients exit out a separate door rather than back through the waiting room, further minimizing contact between patients.
To make an appointment, to send a referral, or to inquire about retaining medical-legal services, please submit the form below.
Alternatively, you may also email Dr. Rose with the prospective patient’s name, cell number, email, and DOB. Also include one general/vague sentence on the reason for the referral. Appointments are in-person by default unless otherwise requested.

(If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or head to the nearest ER before contacting Dr. Rose.)
